Asher Abraham of Mercer Island, has been inducted to the Cutco/Vector Hall of Fame – the top honor in the company. A Cutco Senior Field Sales Manager (SFSM) with Vector Marketing, the company that markets Cutco Cutlery, Abraham received the honor for having total personal career sales in excess of $500,000.
Less than 150 people have been inducted into the Hall of Fame since 1987. Abraham is a 2006 graduate of CUNY Queens College with a BBA in Corporate Finance. He began selling in the Manhattan, NY office in 2001 after moving to the United States from Israel.
“When I first moved to the US and began working with Vector, I didn’t have a car, but living in NYC, I was able to walk and ride my bike to appointments. I eventually purchased a car and property in NYC with my Cutco income. Working with Vector has taught me to think big, challenge myself and to pursue new heights,” says Abraham.
The Hall of Fame is the highest award one can receive in Vector Marketing. Reserved for those who excel above and beyond their peers on a career basis, this award comes after the National Championships and after Court of Honor. Inductees are awarded a specially designed ring with eleven diamonds, a plaque commemorating their accomplishment and a certificate redeemable for a trip to the destination of their choosing ($5,000). A professional portrait is also hung on the Cutco/Vector Hall of Fame wall at the company’s headquarters in Olean, New York.
