The Dispatch:

Tomboy Tools is helping to raise money for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer through the sale of products sold through local sales consultant Kathy Shoaf.

A percentage of Denver-based Tomboy’s sales for the month on certain products in its “Pink for a Purpose” campaign will go to help the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade. The tools that are eligible for donations include a tool kit, auto kit, impact drill, hammer and garden bucket, which range in price from $15 to $80.

Tomboy Tools has donated approximately $220,000 over the past two years to advance awareness and education; screening and diagnosis; access to treatment; support services; and scientific research of breast cancer.
